Zip codes do not count as an additional line if it's placed on a separate line from the city and state. Social titles (Mr., Mrs., Dr., etc.), if placed on a separate line, will not be priced as an additional line. Should Apartment, Suite or Number be spelled out (i.e. Number 245), this will be priced as an additional line. An alternative is to replace the word with a small bullet symbol so that the number can fit on the same line as the street address (click here for an example). Your preference should be indicated on your address list. Please see the Tips & Etiquette page for more guidelines. *On some papers, inks will bleed. Generally, papers of lesser quality or with a lower cotton content (though not always the case). There are some suppliers that have lovely invitations but provide envelopes in a paper that is unsuitable for hand written envelopes and place cards. Sometimes paints can be successfully used in lieu of ink, but in other instances, a sealant must be applied. You can test your papers with a fountain or dip-pen, or I am happy to test for you beforehand. It is assumed that the return address will be printed on the outer envelopes by the stationer. If, however, having each envelope’s return address done by hand is your preference, the per-line charges above will apply. Please do indicate if this is your preference when booking so additional time can be allowed on the schedule. Another alternative is to create a custom return address for your stationer to replicate on your envelopes It is necessary that a minimum of 15% extra envelopes are provided. (i.e. for every 100 invitations an extra 15 envelopes would need to be provided). It's always good to have extras, not only to account for human error, but should you later decide to add to your guest list. If the return address is to additionally be hand written, please provide 25% extra. A typed list in label format will be required with each guests' information provided as you wish for it to appear on your envelopes. I do not edit for etiquette or accuracy, assuming you have provided me with your guests' information as you prefer to see it written. However, if you have questions, I would be happy to assist as you prepare your list. Additionally, please see the Tips and Etiquette page for guidance. To expedite, you may request your stationer to ship your envelopes directly to me. This also saves you the extra shipping charges. Payment for services is due upon completion of your order and can be submitted by credit card, money order, bank check or personal check. Please allow 5 days for your personal check to clear before your work is returned to you. Since each custom design is so unique and can vary from simple to elaborate, please contact me to discuss your ideas. I will then be able to put together an accurate quote for your design. Pricing for invitations and announcements does not include typesetting or any printing services. I will provide you with your artwork in hard copy and graphic format to be taken to your printer for processing. For original artwork, all proofs will be e-mailed or faxed to you for approval. Final art will be shipped after receiving a signed and approved final proof. Quotes include two revisions to the overall design. Additional revisions after two will be billed at $30.00 each.

A 50% pre-payment and typed guest list are required for envelope addressing, fill-ins, place cards, table numbers, etc. Pre-payment is required on all custom artwork. The balance owed for services is due upon completion of your order. Payment can be submitted by credit card, money order, bank check or personal check. Please allow 5 days for your personal check to clear before your work is returned to you. Clients are responsible for all delivery or shipping charges. I will certainly work with you to ensure the most economically feasible method is used to meet your needs. I highly recommend including insurance and signature confirmation on shipments in both directions. Should you decide to forego adding insurance and signature confirmation, it is at your own risk and balance due would still be owed should the shipper fail to deliver. f Texas residents add 8.25% sales tax.
